What We Cover

Our Pregnancy Yoga and GBM Hypnobirthing sessions cover: pelvic mapping, pelvic floor awareness & exercises, perineal massage, micro-movements for pelvic release, birthing breathing, dealing with fear, VBAC preparation, hypnobirthing, mindfulness & visualisation, and pelvic health.

Daily practice is gently encouraged. Benefits include pain relief during childbirth, reduced labour inductions, shorter labour stages, lower caesarean risk, and improved mental wellbeing. The class objective is to help you maintain physical fitness and mental serenity during pregnancy, so you feel confident and prepared to give birth as nature intended.
