Location: The Fetal Medicine Unit, Level 5, Kenwood Wing, The Whittington Hospital, Magdala Avenue, London, N19 5NF.
(Directions to the fetal medicine unit : from the Main Entrance: Take the lift to the 3rd floor, then turn left and left again to walk along the long corridor to the next set of lifts on the left. Take the lift to the 5th floor, turn right and walk down a short corridor and the Fetal medicine Unit is on your left).
(Treatments are 45 minutes but please allow an hour for sessions)

Self-Hypnosis & Visualisation Course Online
Location: Online via Zoom
4 consecutive Tuesdays from your selected start date. Usually commencing on the first Tuesday of every month
Date: Tuesdays at 6pm for 90 minutes
Weekly Yoga Classes Online
Location: Online via Zoom (until further notice)
Time: 6pm on Wednesdays – 60 minutes of yoga with Ingrid Lewis followed by 30 minutes of visualisation.
For your comfort – Please have a yoga mat, two pillows, a blanket and water to drink.
